Custom Designs
What kind of designs can I upload?
You can upload text, images, logos, and graphics. Ensure your design is high resolution for the best print quality. We support common image formats like JPG, PNG, and SVG.
Are there any restrictions on custom designs?
Yes, we prohibit designs that are illegal, unauthorized, infringe on third-party rights (copyright, trademark), are offensive, obscene, or harmful. Please refer to Section 4 of our Terms of Use for detailed prohibited content.
What is the process after I submit my custom design?
Once you submit your design and place your order, our team reviews it for compliance and printability. We then proceed with printing your design onto the selected garment. If there are significant issues with your design that prevent us from fulfilling the order, we will contact you.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept payments through Paystack, which supports various methods including card payments, bank transfers, and more, depending on their current offerings in Nigeria. All transactions are secure.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes, we use Paystack, a reputable payment gateway, to process all transactions. Your payment details are handled securely by Paystack and are not stored on our servers.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Nigeria.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location within Nigeria and the weight/size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the production time for custom items. Production and delivery for custom orders typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note these are estimates and delays can occur.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return or exchange a custom-designed item?
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or there was a significant error made by us in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong design printed, incorrect size/color sent). What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We will review your case and provide instructions on how to proceed.
